How long are your cheese straws fresh?

All of my cheese straws have a 6 month shelf life. I sell them so quickly they will have just been cooked when you receive your order. If you open them just make sure to close them up tight to keep the air out to keep them fresh and crunchy. They also freeze great so you can keep some in the freezer to have on hand when you need them. To thaw just set them out on the counter for 20-30 minutes and they are ready to eat.

When will I receive my order?

I am a small-batch artisan bakery. All of my cheese straws are handmade daily. Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days but may take longer depending on what I currently have in stock and what flavors I am scheduled to cook the week you order. I ship orders in the order they are received. I am super busy and experience a larger number of orders during the months of October, November and December so please allow extra days. 

What if I need my order by a certain date?

Please leave me a message in the box provided for special instructions located at the bottom of the page in your cart and I will make sure to get them to you by the date requested. If I am unable to, I will email or call you to let you know what I do have in stock and issue a refund if requested. Great tip...my cheese straws freeze GREAT in the pound containers. Buy an extra pound or two, stick the whole container in the freezer then you will have some for unexpected guests or last minute entertaining. 

How do I get in touch with you?
